This Bayswater renovation delivers a fresh, modern bathroom alongside a matching laundry upgrade, proof that even smaller supporting spaces deserve the same care and finish as the main event.
In the bathroom, a freestanding oval bath sits beneath a large awning window, paired with chrome tapware and a floating vanity for a light, uncluttered feel. Half-height VJ panelling wraps the room in a soft Hamptons-inspired texture, with a built-in shower nook and dark grey floor tiling adding contrast and definition. A twin shower head setup and heated towel ladder round out the everyday comforts.
The laundry continues the story with custom Caesarstone-topped cabinetry in crisp white, generous overhead storage, and a stainless steel inset trough, all finished with matching dark grey floor tiles for a cohesive flow between the two spaces.
