From start to finish our experience with WA Assett was very professional, impressive and without incident, and completed within the timeframe promised.  Top skilled and tidy tradesmen were in and out as scheduled and the quality of their work shines through the fabulous final product. Being able to choose our own fixtures and products was refreshing as were the design features suggested by the WA Assett consultant, which in the end delivered a lasting bathroom triumph! WA Assett are a very well organised and professional organisation with a skilled team. We had two bathrooms renovated and the work proceeded very quickly, thanks to the good planning of the work and the reliability of the tradesmen arriving when expected. Everyone we dealt with from first to last was polite and considerate and we had no reservations about allowing any of them access to our home, even when we were not there. Our neighbours also commented favourably on how considerate the tradies were and how little disruption their frequent comings and goings caused.

We had our bathroom renovated to be more functional for our children in wheelchairs, which was quite a process. These guys made everything easy and it looks fantastic and is so much easier to use! Will be using them for our laundry next.

Just had our outdated bathroom renovated into a piece of art. The team from WA Assett were polite, on time and if you didn’t understand something, took the time to explain it. They cleaned up after themselves everyday. I am very pleased with the finished product.

A big thank you to all the team that delivered our renovations. Alan was great to work with, always helpful, and all the tradies were friendly, considerate and did excellent work. Your scheduling was also a boon, and we could be confident that the guys would turn up on the days specified – not the norm based on some of the horror stories I’ve heard from others who chose to organise the work themselves.We are very pleased with the results.

I just had my bathroom, toilet and laundry renovated by WA Assett and I am absolutely rapt in the excellent job they have done. From my first contact with Lauren through to my final contact with Kim the professionalism shown by this company is excellent. Very well organised and the whole reno ran smoothly.

The tradesmen all did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves each day. No mess to trip over or walk through. Advice was given as to different ways to do some things and their advice worked out to be well founded. Had I gone with some of my own thoughts I would not have been as happy with it as I am. Having just completed renovations of my bathroom, toilet and laundry I have to admit it was the easiest job ever. I just sat back, after initial selections, and the WA Assett team did the rest.

The service, workmanship and organisation for the whole job was excellent. The teams came in when scheduled, did their bit, and cleaned up after they were finished. The guys were professional, quick and good at what they did.

We are very happy with the ensuite renovation and would especially like to express our gratitude to Lauren for her excellent work during the design stage. This is the third time we have used WA Assett to renovate bathrooms in our rental properties. The process is smooth, from start to finish, and all people we have dealt with have been good and efficient. No complaints!

We appreciated the guidance of your staff in material selection. The whole job was done professionally and according to the pre-determined plan. Everything was thought of beforehand so the renovations could proceed without hiccups. All the tradesmen were pleasant, approachable and professional. The minor problem when we wanted the vanity raised and the kick board beneath removed was attended without fuss.

In conclusion, we are very happy customers and we love our new bathroom, laundry and toilet.

Firstly I want to thank you for guiding us through the makeover. Your trades were all very professional and the job has gone smoothly. And I must tell you, twice a day when I get in the shower I feel like I am at a resort somewhere else in the world and Mikki agrees with me. All in all it is a fantastic bathroom and we are quite happy.

Your tradesmen are excellent and everything is superb. They were there when they said they would be, were courteous and happy, and knew what they were doing and rang to say they were coming before arriving. Never met a nicer group of tradesmen.

Thank you all for being so helpful and creating such a beautiful en suite for us. We hardly know ourselves!

Great experience from start to finish. All trades turned up on time and did a fabulous job. We were kept well informed throughout the process. The few concerns we had were dealt with quickly, and the focus always seemed to be on making sure we were happy.

Thank you to the team at WA Assett for a great en-suite renovation. All of the team, from the staff at Homebase to the tradies and supervisor, were at all times very professional and helpful. A special mention must go to Bruce, our tiler, he was a great help in assisting us with final tiling decisions and his work was exemplary.

Communication with the company was great as was the renovation timeline. We would definitely recommend and use again should we require further renovations
